A chick that wears glitter accessories ie, makeup, nailpolish, shiny earrings, sequins and or glitter clothing.
Good example: "Girl you're rockin that silver eyeshadow, you're a glitter puss."
Bad example: "Ugh, did you see all the glitter she has on her face, she is a nasty glitter puss."
