What is Glosh?

To splash water by driving over a puddle or running through a flooded area. The water must splash far and/or high for it to be considered gloshing.
"We always glosh water on the side of the road when we drive after it rains pretty hard."
"Look, the outfield is flooded. Every time an outfielder goes for a pop fly, he gloshes water everywhere."
