A phrase used to emphasise trekage, alot of effort, a bond between one another, friendship, dissapointment or a rinsing.
Jack: " Man it's your turn to put the disc in."
Stef: " Awww glud."
Jack: " Haha yes Alan Smith!"
Stef: " Listen to you that was a shit goal man"
Jack: " Blates not, it was insane!"
Stef: " Your mum's insane!"
Jack: " Gluuuud!"
Stef: " Jack!, back post!"
Jack: (Completely misses the ball and falls to the floor like a sack of shit!) " Gluuuuuuuuuuud!"
