Glue'r: A term given to a person who chooses to use glue not for its intended purpose. However the term can be used to describe someone who has the characteristics of someone who chooses to enhale or sniff glue.
That gentleman with the
beanhead is acting completely unacceptably. One could say he is a complete glue'r.
