A male that takes it upon himself to dedicate his life to looking like he is "fucking huge." Also referred to as a GNCMF in written short form. A GNCMF typically loads up on or exclusively eats nutritional supplements that promise a brawny physique to all those who whom partake, hence the name GNC Motherfucker. The goal in a GNCMF's life is to get as pumped and huge as possible and generally holds little to no knowledge of matters otherwise.
