What is Go Naai Yourself?

A unique-to-South Africa version of the popular "go fuck yourself" saying used in chat rooms. Other forms include "go naai him/herself"
When I found out later the night that the barman had ripped me off after buying a pint of beer, I told him "go naai yourself" and left.
