Verb. To screamand cry, pitch a fit, throw a tanrum, or otherwise express extreme and hysterical displeasure when faced with an unwanted and distateful outcome in a given situation. Can apply under any circumstances, but particularly applicable if said behavior occurs in public and/or law enforcement officers are involved.
