A crazy ass guy who runs around almost completely naked, save for a pee stained pink speedo. He is a mean drunk, but also a meaner sober. If you anger him, he will shout in his native language (gobbese) which can only be understood by a select few, then proceed to beat you with a beer bottle and piss on you. You will never walk again.
