What is Gobster?

Somebody who will say what they think, without worrying about the consequences.
Often says what others around him are thinking, but are too nervous to admit.
Generally on the side of the underdog.
He's that guy at work who keeps dropping the bosses in the shite, yet the bosses are too terrified to get rid of him in-case he spills the beans on the bigger stuff.
"Listen to Gobster over there! He certainly says it how it is, and he doesn't care who hears it!!"
