What is God Gotcha!?

Said when something bad happens to someone who recently did or caused something bad to another, usually the person stating the phrase.
A man has his credit card rejected after cutting an old lady in line at the grocery store. The old lady notices and promptly announces, "God gotcha!" in the direction of the frustrated and now bitter man.
