Saying you have to work at home because you're waiting for some sort of service man to come by your house, but what you're really doing is slacking off and enjoying some sunny weather on your patio.
I told my boss I had to work from home 'cause the repairman was coming by the house, but I was really pulling a Godkin, and now I have this really bad sunburn.
