This is an insult derived from the root "goof" used in popular slang within certain crowds in highschools and colleges across southern ontario particularly in the Niagara region. It has quite a few meanings:

1. You dont deserve to be on the face of the planet

2. Your penis is below the average size

3. You definately have the HIV

4. You talk as if your of african-american descent
