"Going full circle" is a term that describes an album or a movie (or really any form of media) which is so bad, corny, ridiculous and terrible that it becomes an enjoyable, fun, and maybe even good.
Jake: Hey, did you see "Dragonball: Evolution"?
Sarah: Yeah! That movie went for a full circle. I can hardly believe it got released to theatres!

John: Dude, Jake, I'm here watching this Street Fighter movie and it's going full circle.
