Word or phrase to describe a senseless deranged act of massive violence against unsuspecting victims with the use of a firearm. Referenced to the mass rampage of the April 16th 2007 incident at Virginia Tech University where 32 members of the student body and faculty were shot and killed by a mentally ill crazed student who then shot and killed himself.

NOTE : Can be used with or without reference to murder/suicide. Play on words with spelling using "Tek" instead of "Tech" in which a Tek-9is a high powered firearm.
