What is Golden Elephant?

A sexually explicit act involving two male participants, in which one participant is made to lie prostrate on a matt or other soft or spongy surface while the other partakes in an act of sexual urination on the first participant. Urination is typically undertaken systematically along the length of the body in a style reminiscent of an elephant's use of its trunk, thereby invoking the moniker. In the southern hemisphere urination typically proceeds from the bottom up.
