What is Gomertose?

unfortunate physical state of a person who has multiple medical problems and no hope of recovery or meaningful life. their activity is usually nothing more than laying in a hospital bed as a rotting, dying sack of flesh. gomertose individuals usually have large families, all of whom visit at the time of impending patient death, only to cry out "aye ya ya..ease do everything to keep him alive!!!" this essentially denies the patient a dignified death, and condemns them to a slow, torcherous prolonged demise.
"the poor old lady in bed 4 is unresponsive, on life support, and has constant tube feeding shits. she's gomertose, and the family won't sign a DNR."
