A syndrome, usually had by a male, where everyperson they ask out says "I dont think of you as someone I'd date, I just think of you as a good friend."
guy 1: I went out to lunch with two girls and all they did was complain about thier boyfriends.
guy 2: Sounds like you got that good friend syndrome.
