Phrase used by a corporate executive to describe the solution to an unmitigated disaster, the details of which they believe nobody knows about.

Despite the massive arguement at the Board table (fails to mention fisticuffs occurring) and Bob's decision to pursue other opportunities (aka he got canned) I think we arrived at a "good outcome:
