To do something completely uncalled for and unprovoked for no reason besides personal amusement that must be forgiven upon the declaration that you were "just goofing."

In lieu of goofing off at work, this is the act of actually avoiding the office all together to go golf. This is typically misrepresented as client or employee development. If consistently done with the same group it is referred to as a Strategic Networking Alliance Group (SNAG). Most commonly used by management and outside sales.
