What is Gooftard?

A person who acts kind of goofy-retared, but has the capibility to act normal. Coined by Adam Carolla on the radio show Love Line.
That guy is such a gooftard; he put his underwear on over his pants.
2.
A combination of one crazy goofy looking person, with a retarded sloth thrown into their DNA somewhere.
