when someone considers themselves an expert on a particular topic because they looked it up on google, in reality they have no real experience with the the topic.
peter considers himself a googlespert on the topic of iPhones, I gave him mine so he could demonstrate, he couldn't even turn it on, mustn't have been in the tutorial,
