n. A person who can't find things on Google. They're unable to understand the concept of keywords and generalization, and can spend hours searching for something on Google that a normal person can find inside a few minutes.
Maria: "I'm trying to write a paper on the presidential race and I can't find anything about it on Google."
Cindy: "Huh? That's inconceivable."
Maria: "I've been searching for an hour."
Cindy: "What are you searching for?"
Maria: "I put in WHO WILL WIN THE RACE NEXT YEAR?"
Cindy: "You're such a googletard. Search for 'presidential race 2008'."
Maria: "Oh. This thing is so hard."

A person who uses Google Groups to post to usenet, all the while having no knowledge of how usenet works, thinking that it's a web forum where people actually care about a rating system and can 'cancel' their posts.
Googletards have been responsible for the 'dumbing down' of usenet since the inception of Google Groups. Before Google Groups, a person had to have enough nous to find an NNTP host and set up a newsreader. Now they just need a Gmail account.
"Look at that! Five identical posts within two minutes. Yet another Googletard finds our group."

Someone who, at every instance of hearing a word or concept that they do not understand, rushes to a PC to Google it up in an attempt to understand what the people are talking about.
Ralph didn't understand what the network guys were talking about, so he ran to his PC and pulled up Google to educate himself on the topic. Ralph is, therefore, a "googletard." (come on, we're all googletards every once in a while...)
