A person/s on which his/hers own nomination decides to buddy up with a fellow goon drinker and promise to complete a whole bag of goon, Hence Goon Buddy. Often ends with both person/s owned.
Person 1: "Hey i found some Goon!"
Person 2: "ill be goon buddy with you."
