What is Goon-over?

After a night of drinking cheap wine (see 'goon') one might recive a hangover of sorts but rather it be a headache it's more of a sick feeling in the stomach that is harder to rid off compared to a regular hangover.
"I feel like i'm going to puke but i can't, damn this goon-over, never drinking goon again"
