The autonomical replacement for middle level manager of dubious authority and minor responsibility, who is roped into various painful rituals commonly know as "staff meetings" and "decision pools", "managerial data gathering", and as such is never at his desk actually doing his job. Thus the 'Gorbot' is required.
I couldn't find Bob, so I got the stock answer from his gorbot instead.
