Adjective describing the state of New Jersey and NY. Used in referrence to the show "Growing up Gotti" which popularized the Guido (read: glorified white trash) movement in NJ/NY. Can also be used in describing an act of Guido-ism. The East Coast version of Hollywood.
Joe:"What's goin down for the weekend, Gina?"
Gina:"I gotta go down to the dirty, you know Gottiwood."

Gina:"I just said Joe stop freakin out, I just got Vinny's number so he cold give me a ride home, then he went totally Gottiwood on me and told me he's been fucking that slut Lisa behind my back."
