When a man grabs at a woman's breasts and then plays it off like an accident, or like he was temporary blind. Hints at some of the recent political sex scandals. Also known as The Patterson.
Guy grabs at girl's breasts, as he walks by her in a club.
Girl, "What do you think you are doing?"
Guy, "Oh sorry, I must have been temporary blind."
