Goyyoy describes that fizzy sound arising from your throat when there's a trickle of gas that's too wimpy to make up a true burp. The experience usually comes up without warning and is enjoyed most as a trailing off "goy-yoy-yoy-yoy-yoy ". (rhymes with "boy-toy")
