What is Gozuesque?

Used in conversation to express bewilderment, and/ or to describe something absolutely bizarre. Named for the cult Japanese horror/ Yakuza film by director Takashi Miike.
May also refer to raunchy/ somewhat unsettling/ kinky sex.
