What is Grande 'skinny' Latte?

A drink that annoying girls and the occasional Asian student might order at Starbucks. 'Skinny' was first used by Starbucks in 2008 to avoid the length of the commonly ordered drink's previous name: Grande Non-Fat Skim Latte.
"Ummm, I'll like totally have a Grande 'Skinny' Latte please!"
