A word used to describe 1970's color schemes (or similar dull colors) or something beautifully ugly.
An extension to grangle and the personified grangler.
"Man, those colors are grangley as hell."

an adjective usually used to describe a extremely skinny person with knobby knees and elbows. This person could also have crooked teeth, a bog crooked nose, or big kinky hair.
