Grannual is quite often used to describe the short and neat appearance of a metro-sexual persons hairstyle, though it is also used to describe hairstyles of many other varieties.
(b) To describe a neat and cleanly shaven and or well kept individual.
3. To describe unwanted "ingredients in one's meal and or drinks.
"You're such a grannual"
"That person looks like a major grannual"
"I believe I have a grannual in my drink"
