Granny Baste: the act or practice of granny basting. Similar to normal basting, however One must awaken his granny from her deep sleep by ejaculating in, on, or around her wrinkles - When she has sleepily opened her eyes, you proceed to yell (at the top of your lungs) "BASTED NANNA!!!" At which point you granny slap her across the face. Job well done.
