When a male hangs out with grannies at nursing homes (often under the disguise as one of those volunteers who go to nursing homes to cheer people up) just to screw them when noone else is around (often times the older women really love it or are too out of it to really care).
"Josh, if you're that horny, just go to the nursing home and granny peddle for a bit."
