it mainly involves 2 old grannys could be old men but either way works. on the little buggy things they have racing down a street at the speed of 0.5 miles per a hour. and if your lucky your see one of those ultra competitive old people who try and barge the other person off.
"hey i just saw some granny racing between 2 old boy-racers they had well sweet buggys with 20 inch rims"
