The process of clearing negative emotions through a visualization process called "The Gray Room Method." The visualization technique compares the subconscious to a Gray room in the mind. The user can analyse what images come into the room, and how they act there, as a reflection of their subconscious behaviour.
I used grayroomhealing to clear my subconscious beliefs about myself. Grayroomhealing helps me address deep issues that I can't normally handle.
