When somebody who you consider greasy (sleezy) begins to stare you down like you did something wrong while your just minding your own business without judging them who you could say alot about.
Jeez, Phil bugs the shit out of me. I had to walk by his place to catch the bus and their he was just laying on his lawn chair with his gut hanging out, giving me the old Grease Eye he normally gives people.
