Is a facial mutilation disorder that heavily affects ones confidence, to an extent where that individual feels the need to harass and abuse others. Those who suffer from the not so prominent disorder, generally have red hair, and are assumed to be of an irish descent. Those with Greatz Syndrome, are under the delusion that they are football superstars, when in reality they have the touch of a autistic six year old.
Person 1: Hey look at Stefan, he thinks he is so good.
