Refers to the horrible addition to Star Wars: Episode IV - A New Hope's Special Edition where instead of Han simply blasting Greedo through the cantina table in cold blood, a terribly-put-together shot of Greedo shooting twice at Han and missing AT POINT BLANK RANGE, and then Han shooting him has been added.

Referenced whenever some "raping of childhood" or a horrible letdown is being spoken of.

That was the worst thing since Greedo Shoots First!
