What is Green Weathered Friend?

A friend that only seems to come around when you have weed. They may come over from time-to-time when you're dry but a majority of their visits are based on you having some green.
Dean came over last night for a toke and said he'd come out
wakeboarding at 6am the next day. But he never showed up and never returned my calls until later that night when I got a text asking if I had heard from my supplier. Such a douche and a green weathered friend.
