What is Greenbird?

Most commonly used at restaurants: codeword for uncooked chicken that is either going bad, or is already decaying. It will often have a greenish tint and smell of dirty socks.

Bill: "We've got a bad case of greenbird in here, Boss."

Boss: "Well, we better sell it quickly then."
