What is Grenigger?

Someone who plays video games online(Primarily Call Of Duty or Halo) who either spams grenades or throws in the air toward a spawn point of the other team, usually a random throw. Not meant as a racial slur but as a satire.
Gosh, that guy with the noob tube is a grenigger!
