To give someone a "gretz-ing" is to let someone know they are retarded/ or have done something that makes them look retarded. Based on a early 80's public service commercial featuring Wayne Greztsky and a mantally handicapped teenager.
Scratch the side of your head really fast like you have fleas and exclaim to the nearest stupid person "Gretz!"
