What is Grilbert?

Grilbert: Foolish lamely idiotic person doing stupid things without thinking, not quite as dense as a wally. You may call a friend a Grilbert to get the point across without totally infuriating them (and because the word is lightly used they may not know whether to get pissed off or not)
