What is Grill Call?

A telephone call, usually in the middle of the night, to the emergency number of a dental facility in select demographic areas. The caller then inquires whether said facility can fabricate a "grill"- a removable cast metal dental accessory popular in the hip-hop community.
The pager went off at 3 a.m., but of course it was just a grill call.
