What is Gritoid?

The word used by several branches of public schools to describe an ugly girl in her or her friends' presence as to avoid confrontation

to notify someone about something horrible that they do or to tell them how disgustingly harsh they are on the eyes.

For example.....

"jesus she's a proper gritoid!"

or

"your such a fucking gritoid"
