a word used to describe the nastiest of nasty girls. synonomous with repulsive, with a side of nastified.

Can also be used in a sentence with "drive", i.e. "grodeo drive", which is the fictional street that all grodeo girls have mansions on.

"Bro, you kidding me? You must be wasted, because that girl is the effing mayor of grodeo drive. She's so grodeo that she makes Lori Beth Denberg look slamma lamma."
