2. I couldn't believe it when two major icons that helped define late 20th Century culture had passed away on the same day. I knew that Farrah had cancer but the King of Pop? Yeah, Michael Jacksonhad some peculariities, and yes I do believe that he molested those two kids and he will answer to the master for that. However, his funk of 40,000 years, the Thrillersensation he created, his DangerousBADness, the record achievements he did, the revolutionary impact that he made in the realm of rock'n'rollmusic and culture, the role he played in the nascent MTV music video revolutionand more will be in the HIStory books forever and that will be remembered 40,000 years from now rather than all the stupid, Off The Walland wrong and evil things he did in his personal life. He has done much for charity as well. He is a cultural GIANT and an icon of my generationand possibly more (but he's not a god, just another guy).
