What is Gruntpuffled?

The act of snorting, grunting and puffing, indicating extreme anger or hostility, and often accompanied by a red face, frothing at the mouth and small sprays of saliva coming from the mouth.
Every time I remind that guy about the money he owes me, he gets completely gruntpuffled for about 10 minutes.
