What is Guer?

Someone who overreacts and won't let things go... ever. They usually spend their time getting into stupid fights with ex-friends on the internet, and end up hurting whatever other friends they might still have out of pure luck. They usually have a fairly low IQ and don't know how to spell correctly even though they attempt to spellcheck whatever they put up. Usually mistaken for being a 12-year-old emo kid, guers always claim to be much older, and are just pathetic instead of emo. Guers also usually like spamming obscenities wherever they can, and making suicide threats when they don't get the attention that they want.
"Wow... this guy spamming my page with death threats is so guer. I wish he would get hit by a bus."
"OMG stop guering around! People are gonna start hating you!"
"I don't give a shit about that guer over there. He's stupid and probably gay."
